GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.  – Colorado representatives wrote a letter to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins to reinstate around 3,000 U.S. Forest Service staff who hold a red card. Staff with a red card are qualified to support wildfire prevention.
