NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Louisiana-Pacific reported its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Net sales for the third quarter of 2025 decreased by $59 million to $663 million compared to the prior-year period. Siding revenue increased by $22 million (or 5%), primarily due to 5% higher selling prices. OSB revenue decreased by $74 million, driven by a decline in prices.
