NAFTA panel orders review of US softwood lumber duties

A NAFTA panel directed the US Dept. of Commerce to review certain aspects of its softwood lumber determination. In related news: Rayonier Advanced Materials sells its softwood duty refund rights; Stimson Lumber’s Plummer mill will close this summer; Clearwater Paper completes its Augusta mill acquisition; and Boise Cascade reports Q1 net earnings of $104 million.
