A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, bachelor of laws with distinction, Carteri specializes in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including property development, mining, partnership disputes, title insurance, director liability, shareholder remedies, civil forfeiture, contract interpretation, financial institution disputes, fraud and cross-border matters. She is ranked among Canada’s top litigators and serves as an arbitrator with the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre. She received the Vancouver Bar Association’s Hyndman Mentorship Award and contributes to continuing legal education programs, pro bono work and community boards.
