WILDLIGHT, Florida — Rayonier reported fourth quarter net income attributable to Rayonier of $25.9 million on revenues of $117.5 million. This compares to net income attributable to Rayonier of $327.1 million on revenues of $650.5 million in the prior year quarter. The fourth quarter results included $6.3 million of costs related to the merger with PotlatchDeltic.
