Re: the latter, Trudeau rejected a US precondition to face-to-face talks with Trump (a five-year NAFTA sunset clause) who responded with “it must be a fair deal, or there will be no deal at all“. Discouraging news but take solace, Random Lengths reports that lumber prices are up for the seventh consecutive week; and Wyoming senators join the fight against newsprint tariffs.
